These Smoked Salmon And Cucumber Canapés are a fresh and light appetizer to please! Tender smoked salmon sits on a cucumber slice topped with cream cheese. A delicious low carb snack! —sohappyyoulikedit – Jamie Preuss
Ingredients

cucumber slices, about 1/4 inch thick
1/3 cup
whipped cream cheese
4 ounces
thinly sliced lox-style smoked salmon-
Fresh Dill, to garnish -
Capers, to garnish -
Thinly sliced red onion, to garnish
Directions
- Arrange cucumber slices on a platter. If you have more than 12 slices, that’s just fine!
- Using a small offset spatula, spread whipped cream cheese over each cucumber slice.
- Arrange smoked salmon slices on top of each slice.
- op with thinly sliced red onion, fresh dill sprigs, and capers. No need to measure – add as much or as little as you think looks nice and will taste good!
- Serve immediately or chill up to 2 hours before serving.
